Beef soup: Sachet in boiling water 10-15 minutes. Adding garnish as desired and it is ready to be served.
Hor fun: cook the rice noodle in hot water at 90°C or above for 10-20 sec before serving.
**Note: Ipoh Hor Fun will stick together if overcooked.
